Jim is a seasoned Developer Relations Engineer at Edge Impulse. His background in product development and IoT started with a degree from the Dyson Institute of Engineering and Technology, along with four years working on products from air purifying headphones to electric cars. Since then he’s been a trusted advisor at Edge Impulse for companies trying to take edge AI use-cases from idea to production. A regular speaker at industry events and guest lecturer, Jim is passionate about widening access to technical tooling and thinking about new ways to teach engineering concepts. Outside his work he’s a keen mechanic and tinkerer.
