Gareth Jones is a Solution Architect for Consult Red, focused on edge AI technologies, and is currently working on multiple projects taking advantage of voice, vision, and reasoning capabilities on-device. With a broad career developing and licensing technologies from semiconductor IP to cloud services, he specialises in finding cost-effective solutions to complex technical and commercial problems.

Throughout his career, Gareth has co-founded multiple companies. He has a track record of bringing original technologies to market, licensing products as diverse as the first commercial systolic array-based DSP processor and inflatable loudspeakers. With roots in Electronic Engineering and Integrated Circuit System Design, he brings decades of cross-stack experience to drive innovation from the hardware level up.
