Alessandro Grande
Alessandro is a technical product leader with a developer-first mindset. His core belief: the best products are built with developers, not just for them.
He started his career at Arm as an engineer, working across hardware and software, and quickly realized the most interesting work lives at the intersection of both. Later, in partner management and developer relations, he worked closely with strategic ecosystem partners and global developer communities, which is where that belief really took shape.
At Edge Impulse, he focuses on the gap between training a model and actually getting it to work on a device - building tools that help engineering teams move from lab to field faster and with fewer headaches. He's happiest digging into hard problems alongside developers and customers, and thinks edge AI should be easier, more accessible, and honestly, more fun to work on.
He's also an active contributor to the Edge AI Foundation (formerly TinyML Foundation) and chaired the 2023 TinyML EMEA Innovation Forum. Connecting people across the edge AI community is something he never gets tired of.
